Shipping & Exchange Policy

 

(Any order placed outside the US will be subject to authorization)


Exchange Only Policy 

We will honor store credit for any item returned within 7 days. No refunds.

 

  • Merchandise must be mailed back to Exchange Dept within 7 days. (Return shipping charges are non-refundable) Any item returned to our shipping department after the allotted time stated here will be sent back to customer.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Please note original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Any item purchased on SALE or with a coupon code of 25% or more is FINAL SALE. No exchanges.
  • Items purchased with a "Free Shipping" code is eligible to be exchanged.
  • Exchanges are processed as a new purchase. Please include your note in your exchange.
  • If you received a damaged product, please email us with a picture and we can send you a return slip to send it back to our shipping department. Once the damaged item has been reviewed, a replacement of the same item in the same size (no size changes) can be sent. (All damages are subject for review and are not guaranteed)

If you are unsure of what service to use to ship items back to our Exchange Department, let us guide you through the process.

You can use the bag that your items were sent in originally and reseal the package. Take bag to post office and ask for First Class Ground w/ tracking. Do not ship any package under 15 oz Priority Mail as the price will double. This will save you money and ensure the item arrives in a timely manner.

(Please include your packing slip and a written note which items you would like to exchange for. Please make sure the items you desire are in stock)

 

Also please note this is NOT a storefront, this is an office that accepts our packages for processing exchanges.



Shipping

Currently we only offer domestic US Shipping.

Orders placed where the Billing and/or Shipping address is outside the US will be subject to authorization or cancellation. 

Please provide all unit/apartment numbers.

When an order is placed, it will be processed and ready for shipment within 2 business days (Monday-Friday). Once package is ready, you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking.

All P.O. Box addresses will be subject to manual verification. Signature confirmation is required when approved.

Lost or Stolen Packages: When a delivery confirmation/tracking number is provided, RBLL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier claims delivery. Please provide RBLL with a safe and reliable shipping address.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information - If a package is returned to RBLL due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. RBLL is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information.
